Diagnose problems, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to piping, fixtures and associated components.

Minimum of 5 years of experience repairing and troubleshooting commercial plumbing systems preferred
Must be able to work independently and without supervision.
Professional demeanor and positive, caring attitude.
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings
Master plumbing license is a plus
Ability to pass a physical ability test
Excellent communication and customer services skills.
Ability to pass MVR check (if applicable) or must have reliable transportation
Ability to climb and work off ladders, at varying heights
Journeyman plumbing license is a plus
Proficiency with electrical and mechanical diagnostics
OSHA 10 certification preferred
