• Provide technical oversight, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to build lasting relationships
• Grow the roadway practice locally through strategic planning, marketing, and client outreach
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources while identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Mentor junior engineers, delegate tasks, and guide teams to meet project milestones
• Lead roadway engineering projects from planning through close-out, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Support business development through proposals, presentations, and client engagement
• Review and approve roadway layouts, calculations, drawings, and specifications

SPM – Roadway

• Licensed PE.
• 12+ years of experience focused on transportation engineering.
• Operate with integrity and sound business principles while managing projects profitably
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.

• Total Compensation: $210,000–$270,000 including a top-tier incentive-based bonus program (20-40%).
