Loenbro Southwest is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter for our Coatings Division. The role is field‑based, working at various job sites throughout Arizona, and is critical for preparing and applying industrial coatings that meet strict durability, appearance, and safety standards.
- Proven industrial painting experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings.
- Proficiency with coating application methods such as airless and conventional spray.
- Knowledge of epoxies, polyurethanes, zinc‑based primers, and surface preparation standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and coating specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards in industrial environments.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Certification in industrial painting or coatings application (preferred).
- Experience with abrasive blasting (preferred).
- Forklift or other heavy‑equipment certification (preferred).
