The Pilbara Operations & Maintenance team safely operates APA gas‑transmission assets across the region, delivering gas to customers in a cost‑effective manner. The team focuses on people, operational excellence and creating value while supporting APA’s net‑zero ambition.
- Provide purchasing support, including raising purchase orders and receipting.
- Support Operations and Maintenance teams in Newman and Port Hedland.
- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Provide general support to visitors.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a broad administrative capacity, a solid understanding of office management systems and equipment, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Forms.
