Analyze drawings and specifications to evaluate risks and opportunities and engage with engineers to ensure design process is on schedule. Interface project controls/finance to ensure project is staying on time, within budget and risk is minimized.
Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Participate in task force meetings with the designers and engineers and bring constructability to the project solution.
Support the selection of key subcontractors and trade partners for the project.
Communicate and present details to executive management, permitting agencies, stakeholders, owners; keeping stakeholders informed of the status of the project through regular meetings/reporting
Provide guidance to estimators and engineers in the development phase of a collaborative contract model. Own the project schedule/scope and budget for the project as it advances into construction.
Develop the logic behind the project schedule (sequencing works/work breakdown structure)
