IT Professional (AI Agent & Data Insights Analyst)

• Stay current on AI trends and contribute to the organization’s AI strategy and adoption.
• Build and manage AI agents using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows (initially 40%, increasing to 70%).
• Train and support users to adopt AI tools effectively and responsibly.
• Analyze data to validate AI outputs and support business decision-making.
• Create user-friendly interfaces such as chatbots to enable intuitive AI interactions.
• Deliver actionable data insights using SQL, Python, Power BI, or Qlik (initially 60% of time, reducing to 30%).
• Support major system upgrades by creating reports and resolving data integration issues.
• Deploy AI solutions with consideration to governance, data privacy, and lifecycle management.

• Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to explore and iterate on new technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics (SQL, Python, Power BI, or Qlik).
• Critical thinker with a logical, first-principles approach to problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents; experience with Microsoft Copilot is an asset but not required.
• Familiarity with business process automation and data privacy practices.

Rotation: Monday – Friday, Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote, 9am – 5pm)
