Organised, methodical, and adept at managing competing demands.
Familiarity with hydrogen or net zero infrastructure projects.
Experience leading teams in a high-performance, data-driven culture.
Deep expertise in planning and scheduling tools (e.g. P6, PRISM), estimating, cost control, forecasting, EVM, change and risk management, and document control.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts (especially NEC) and the integration of project controls.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
Proven leadership in project controls for major infrastructure projects, ideally in energy, utilities, or regulated industries.
Excellent data and analytical skills, able to spot trends, explain variances, and guide strategic decisions.
