Collect and maintains data on key performance indicators i.e. Cost of Poor Quality, process audits and customer complaints. Perform periodic internal process audits to check the compliance of activities with requirements, procedures, and directives. Prepares non-conformity reports and investigates their resolution.
Handling the customer inspections like NTPC, EIL, BHEL etc. Analyze customer complaints and initiate Preventive Actions, align quality processes as per customer requirements through process audits & mistake proofing methods.
Maintain the requirements as per NABL accreditation for ISO 17025 and handle the NABL accreditation audits. Develop & prepare the testing procedures as per IS, IEC, IEEE and NEMA
Responsible for submitting countermeasure reports to customer in case of line complaints or warranty failures in desired formats i.e. 5WHY, 8D, RCA (Root Cause Analysis Report).
Should be able to handle customer inspections like NTPC, BHEL, EIL.

Preferably Internal Auditor certification for ISO17025.
