Support daily cash management activities, including monitoring bank balances, processing payments, and reconciling transactions.
Support the Treasury Operations Manager in ensuring compliance with internal controls and treasury policies.
Assist with month-end and year-end treasury reporting, including journal entries and reconciliations.
Provide administrative support for treasury-related projects and initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of banking mandates, and treasury documentation.
Regular attendance of Treasury and fraud webinars.
Act as a point of contact for ad hoc treasury queries.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of short-term cash flow forecasts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of treasury processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
Help manage the administration of bank accounts, including openings, closures, and updates to signatories.
