To lead and implement the procurement strategy for assigned team – owning process performance and driving completion of small to medium sized, complex projects and initiatives.

Mitigate problems and errors when they arise to reduce overall impact
Drive your team’s strategic direction based on goals cascaded from Sr Management
Assist in establishing and maintaining LP’s procurement processes
Leverage sourcing opportunities through consolidation of purchases; achieving optimal cost, quality, safety, environmental compliance, and processing efficiency
Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing, results-focused talent for assigned team
Ensure all procured goods/services meet required technical specifications and delivery schedules, and will provide LP with the greatest possible value
Be responsible for your team conducting all procurement activities in accordance with the Supply Management Strategy
Lead projects; coordinate the implementation of productivity initiatives

Demonstrated leadership experience. Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to lead and perform the key responsibilities of this position
