  • 3-5 years of experience engineering design required, with a concrete repair or post-tensioning focus a plus
  • Experience in the evaluation and assessment of repair alternatives for structural components
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Candidates with a Master's degree in Engineering may be given preference)
  • Demonstrated ability to present proposed solutions to the customer and to communicate design repair details to estimating teams and construction installation crews
  • Demonstrated ability to generate structural models using industry software such as PCA design software, ADAPT PT, RAM Concept, CAD, Bluebeam or similar
  • Good understanding of civil and structural codes
