  • Administer the provision of sub-contractor purchase orders and supplier invoice reconciliation
  • Highlight low margin work and poor performing sub-contractors to the Broker and Supply Chain Manager
  • Ensure all subcontracted waste orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with reporting and administrative support for customer service and sales teams.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to upsell services to existing customers and handle telephone and email enquiries from prospects and customers in line with department KPI’s.
  • Maintain subcontractor rate cards with up-to-date prices and service offerings and geographical coverage
  • Provide accurate and timely customer quotations for subcontracted waste services.
