- Participer aux réunions de revue contractuelle hebdomadaires et témoigner des opérations en chantier
- S’assurer que les travaux sont effectués d’une manière sécuritaire selon le programme de prévention du maître d’œuvre
- S’assurer que les travaux progressent selon l’échéancier établi; si ce n’est pas le cas, participer à l’élaboration de solutions pour rattraper le retard
- Équipe collaborative qui partage ses idées et ses connaissances
- Produire les rapports d’avancement journaliers et hebdomadaires, et documenter les activités en chantier pour s’y référer en cas de litige
- Interagir avec l’ingénierie, l’approvisionnement, l’administration contractuelle et les ressources en santé et sécurité afin de résoudre les problèmes
- Soutenir l’administration des contrats dans l’évaluation des travaux extracontractuels

- Niveau d’anglais avancé afin de favoriser une bonne collaboration avec les bureaux de BBA et/ou les clients situés dans les provinces canadiennes anglophones et à l’international (la fréquence d’utilisation de l’anglais peut fluctuer d’occasionnelle à quotidienne en fonction des projets en cours)
- Solides habiletés de communication et de résolution de problèmes
- Capacité de voir au-delà des standards établis
- Efficacité tant au bureau que sur le chantier
- Aptitudes en rédaction de rapports et en travail d’équipe multidisciplinaire
- Plus de cinq ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la construction, de l’industrie lourde ou de l’ingénierie
- Niveau de français avancé afin de favoriser une bonne collaboration avec les bureaux de BBA et/ou les clients situés au Québec
- Maîtriser la portée des travaux sous votre supervision et savoir identifier les travaux hors de cette portée
- Atout : expérience technique dans plus d’une discipline (civil, structure, mécanique, tuyauterie, électricité, instrumentation/automatisation)
- Solides compétences pour l’analyse et l’organisation
- Engagement solide en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Instrumentation et automatisation
- Recherche constante de solutions durables et agiles
- Effectuer la coordination journalière des activités de l’entrepreneur avec les différent.e.s intervenant.e.s en chantier
- BAC ou DEC en génie civil, mécanique ou électrique, en structure, en tuyauterie, en instrumentation/automatisation ou en génie de la construction
