Education: bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field

Advanced understanding of construction methodologies. Advanced knowledge of subcontractor trades work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of working with Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam. Working knowledge/understanding of P6, HCSS, and AutoCAD.
Communication: effective/clear communication in verbal/written
Time Management: Self-disciplined to complete assigned tasks within required time frame. Ensure tasks for the day are completed before the shift ends. Confirm with team that assigned tasks were completed. Relay accurate information to upper management in a timely manner.
