

Develops and manages affordable, supportive and transitional housing with tenant-focused services.
The superintendent is responsible for general upkeep and overall maintenance of the property and building systems, ensuring timely response to emergencies and tenant concerns.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and have at least two years of related experience, be able to lift 50 lb, and possess training in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and other trade skills; a boiler‑maintenance certificate is preferred.
The Part Time Superintendent is a non‑exempt position in the Housing Programs – Facilities department, located in Westchester, NY, with a salary of $25 per hour reporting to the General Supervisor.
