  • Manage and develop relationships with our retained real estate clients, understanding their business needs and hiring requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from taking briefs to negotiating offers and securing placements
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and contribute to winning new retained business
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly billing targets
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and provide guidance throughout the placement process
  • Source, headhunt, and attract high-calibre real estate professionals across various property sector disciplines
  • Provide market insights and recruitment consultancy to clients, positioning yourself as a property sector expert
