Tasks

-Maintain accurate data across various operational platforms including Evolution, MRI, and iComply -Assist with compliance and certification requirements, including Fire Safety Statements -Provide administrative support for capital works projects and tender documentation -Compile comprehensive business cases for capital works objectives -Support preparation of 10-year capex plans utilising lifecycle audits and tenancy reviews -Review, forecast, and manage APPFI Capital Works delivery and sustainability compliance -Contribute to annual budget preparation and monthly reporting processes -Support energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives
