Apply project management principles in carrying out assigned tasks and accomplish project deliverables to the required standard and in a timely manner
Proactively collaborating with appropriate team members, contributors and stakeholders to maintain quality, timeliness and co-ordination of project deliverables
Ensuring that analysis and design tasks undertaken meet appropriate technical standards and the requirements of the client and SMEC
Actively contribute to the commercial success of projects and the team
Providing expert advice and demonstrating advanced technical skills producing civil designs across transport projects (Road / Drainage / Pavements…)

An Engineering Degree.
Experience contributing to infrastructure projects of >$1m successfully to budget and client specifications.
Local experience successfully delivering road design projects will be highly regarded.
High level communication skills to advise and guide project design development in a pro-active manner and to represent the SMEC design team as a valuable contributor to the project.
Experience in the co-ordination, design and delivery of road/drainage/pavement designs within multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
