Maintain disposal program of used fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, telehandlers, boom cranes, etc.
Solicit each OU for their fleet needs, track those orders and communicate with them on order status from leasing agents and manufacturers.
Periodically audit larger OU fleets at their location to aid in annual fleet turn-over to avoid emergency replacement purchases.
Coordinate with Operating Unit for selling outright, transferring to other OUs or utilizing leasing agent for resale of their used vehicles, heavy equipment, etc.
Coordinate between local Operating Unit and leasing agent for annual vehicle registration and licensing
Work with Operating Units and leasing agent to purchase vehicles, etc. from local dealers when long-term manufacturer orders are not feasible.
Coordinate with Operating Unit President's (OUP), COO, CFO and leasing agent for vehicle ordering, purchasing and delivery of fleet vehicles and heavy trucks.
Work with leasing agent to configure national vehicle specs of varying manufacturers to be used for Tecta America’s OU fleet vehicle purchases
Coordinate ordering and installation of GPS units between corporate administrator and OU
Work with leasing agent to procure Operating Unit fleet vehicles, heavy equipment, telehandlers, boom cranes, etc.
Act as the liaison between the OUs, leasing agent and transportation providers for delivery to Operating Units
Provide fleet reporting as requested to OU and corporate officers.
Manage Telematics program (Samsara)
Collaborate with National Fleet Manager to coordinator vehicle and heavy equipment procurement across all OU's.
