Assists with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Ensures test stations are stocked with forms, labels, and office supplies.
Schedules and coordinates meetings and appointments.
Maintains testing supplies, equipment, and inventory, ordering as necessary.
Makes sure team has the latest standard operating procedures provided by management.
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily retrievable.
Maintains records for Test Rack budget and inventory.
Manages and organizes startup test files, documents, and records.
Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
Acts as a bridge between production, Test Rack, and Engineering teams to avoid bottlenecks.
Compiles KPIs such as pass/fail rates, average test time, and rework frequency.
Assists in fostering an energetic and positive working environment.
Prepares and edits correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Documents and compiles defect reports for leadership. (failed startups, missing components, discrepancies in wiring, etc.)
Utilizes office software and tools, such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Reports process inefficiencies to supervisor.
Enters and updates data into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems.
Handles incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Monitors unit status.
Summarizes test outcomes, unit readiness, and delays for leadership.

Works effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressured, team environment.
Daily visits to manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
