Assist in the preparation of site-specific concept plans, including the production of maps, graphics, and 3D diagrams.
Assist in the preparation of plans, projects, programs and/or strategies within a variety of areas (sustainability, environmental review, climate adaptation, recycling, renewable energy, and resource conservation)
Prepare written technical planning documents, applications, justification statements, and reports in conformance with codes, plans and regulations.
Research and interpret land use, zoning, and environmental regulation.
Support project feasibility analysis

Assist the Land Planning team with the preparation of comprehensive master plans for cities and towns throughout the region.
