As the Team Lead, you will work under the Senior Team Lead and report directly to them, providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries. You will divide your time between managerial duties—such as hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for your team—and performing operational tasks, whether in the warehouse or in the field, based on the business needs of the site.

  • Contractor Management: Supports when required the repairs and maintenance inthe warehouse as needed.
  • Inventory Management: oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensureavailability and optimal usage.
  • Health&Safety: Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance.
  • Incident Management: Record, follow up, and investigate incidents, ensuring adherence to workplace accident policies.
  • Van Management: Supports operational aspects of vans, including installation andremoval of tracking devices, but not budget or planning
  • 3PLCoordination: Daily contact with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to agreedprocedures.
  • Team Management: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews,coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists.
