Collaborate on event concepts, logistics, execution, and communication strategies
Collaborate with building management to enhance customer experience strategies
Assist with administrative tasks including service request logging and lost property management
Develop and distribute tenant newsletters, digital content, and community updates
Support general building operations with an agile, solution-focused approach
Ensure all front-of-house areas are immaculate and inviting
Handle enquiries via phone or email with enthusiasm and dedication
Provide knowledgeable assistance with technology and presentation equipment
Support leasing inspections and vacant suite presentations
Track participation, feedback, and budgeting to enhance future events
Coordinate catering services, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
Provide clear directions, local recommendations, and seamless assistance for all customer requests
Act as central point of contact for client-related queries and wayfinding within conference/third spaces
Develop and present annual events calendar
Manage booking systems and front-of-house digital platforms
Gather and analyse customer data to understand engagement trends
Manage end-of-trip facilities, including locker rentals and maintenance coordination
Be the welcoming face of the building, greeting and assisting tenants and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Organise and facilitate interest groups such as Sustainability Committees, Fitness Initiatives, and Networking Events
Oversee booking, administration, and maintenance of conference rooms for seamless user experience
Lead building tours for new and existing tenants, fostering community connections
Introduce new technologies to improve processes and enhance user experience
Deliver VIP meet-and-greet services, including escorting guests to elevators and designated areas
Curate and host engaging events aligned with customer experience strategy
Implement client sustainability strategies
Champion tenant experience by promoting engagement initiatives, events, and retail offerings
