The Enterprise Fiber Strategy lead will own the development playbook for DCI, long‑haul, metro, and campus builds, defining KPIs for safety, design, quality, schedule and cost while driving continuous improvement. This role also leads program scoping, pricing, scheduling, workforce planning, and the creation of multi‑market protocols that guide projects from feasibility through handoff, and ensures rigorous QA/QC throughout the process.
The ideal candidate is an enterprise builder with over ten years of experience delivering large‑scale fiber networks, strong OSP engineering and construction leadership, and deep knowledge of the full fiber development lifecycle. They possess robust relationships with enterprise buyers and carriers, are comfortable with tools such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS platforms, and embody a safety‑driven, client‑centric, servant‑leadership mindset.
A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, along with proven expertise in reviewing CAD/GIS deliverables, field verifications, and easement development. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Raleigh, NC, the DC/Baltimore region, or the NY/NJ/Eastern PA market and travel approximately 30% regionally.
