The CFO will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure Arden Building Companies and its subsidiaries' financial health. This role is critical in shaping the financial future and supporting the growth objectives of Arden Building Companies and its 5 entities.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals, which include Banking and Bonding relationships.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Lead risk management initiatives for all insurance programs/employee benefit programs to optimize financial performance.
  • Supervise accounting, finance, and payroll teams.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes with collaboration from each company’s controller.
  • Evaluate and implement financial systems and technologies, including all IT security programs from Meriplex.
  • Oversee all outside Audits with the collaboration from Arden’s Senior Controller and Union Payroll Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
