Key responsibilities include developing project documentation such as charters, business and technical requirements, communications plans, test plans, and scripts, as well as supporting the maintenance of the ENM master portfolio database.
The position is within the Technology Consulting family and may require up to 10% travel. Candidates must hold an active Secret clearance. The role supports planning and execution of NT IT projects, including commercial off‑the‑shelf tools and custom applications.
Applicants must have an active and maintained Secret clearance, three or more years of experience with network infrastructure hardware, software, and monitoring tools, and at least one year of experience leading or supporting projects in the Federal sector.
Preferred qualifications include excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to take initiative and manage workload, sound judgment, a positive team‑oriented attitude, familiarity with the State Department MSP cycle, PMP certification, network design and security project experience, knowledge of the SDLC, cloud services (Google Apps, AWS), MS Project, ITIL certification, and Agile development experience.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000‑$188,000, with compensation decisions based on skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and other business needs.
