Identify and eliminate hazardous conditions at the job site
Perform work at various heights, up to 90’ from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, and cat walks and be able to work in restricted areas
Provide I-9 documents to establish work eligibility
Wear protective personal equipment (PPE)
Assist with cable tray installations, device installations, and lighting connections
Assist with layout, wire pulls and installation
Safely operate hand and power tools
Handle and stage materials, equipment and tools
Works under the direct supervision of a Journeyman Electrician and must be able to demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment. Assists with materials handling, installation of materials, devices and equipment
Legally operate company vehicles and equipment
Use all types of ladders including step ladders up to 14’feet, “A” Frame and all size extension ladders and relocate a 12’ ladder by one’s self
Climb ladders of all types
May be required to operate heavy equipment
Must keep work tools with them at all times (work belt, bag, etc.)
Maintain the job site in a safe, neat and orderly condition

Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, push, pull & reach overhead
DD 214 (if veteran)
Good Color Acuity (determine wire colors)
Lift at least 50 pounds
Minimum age of 18
Possess the ability to read and interpret instructions, maps, & manuals
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
