Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to generate leads and drive market presence.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity using internal systems.
Manage and grow sales within the established territory, fostering relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for expansion.
Maintain a strong understanding of Tri-State Bobcat products and competitor offerings to recommend the best equipment solutions.
Prepare and manage all sales documentation including purchase agreements, proposals, and financing contracts.
Manage logistics related to product delivery, including coordinating with internal departments and customers.
Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Attend company-provided training programs, including occasional out-of-state travel.
Conduct on-site product demos, showcasing Toro's advanced features and performance.
Identify and engage prospective customers to assess needs and present solutions.
Represent Tri-State Bobcat at trade shows and customer-facing events.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to learn new platforms quickly.
Demonstrated success in business development, customer relationship management, and consultative sales.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Ability to travel locally and occasionally out of state for training.
5+ years of equipment sales or closely related experience strongly preferred
