Business Performance Lead

This pivotal role is at the heart of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the P&T Alliance. As Business Performance Lead, you will partner closely with leaders to analyse performance trends, generate meaningful insights and lead initiatives that enhance business outcomes. Through robust reporting, strategic governance and a focus on data-driven decision-making, you'll help shape smarter strategies and support the achievement of key operational and strategic objectives. Your work will directly influence the P&T Alliance’s ability to optimise performance and deliver lasting value.

• Partner with business leaders to translate insights into practical actions.
• Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making to enhance business effectiveness and agility.
• Drive and support key business improvements and governance initiatives to elevate performance and accountability.
• Develop and maintain accurate, timely performance reports enabling informed decision-making by P&T Alliance stakeholders.
• Analyse operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business performance within an operational or service delivery environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to simplify complex information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, analytics, engineering, or related fields (preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data tools.
