Oversees MRP processes, material planning, and production scheduling to optimize resource utilization and on-time delivery.
Establishes key performance metrics for planning accuracy, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover; identifies continuous improvement opportunities.
Drives adoption of digital tools, automation, and analytics to improve planning accuracy and decision speed.
Prepares monthly and quarterly production plans and inventory targets.
Hires, coaches, develops, and evaluates planning staff, creating a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

7+ years of experience in production planning and/or supply chain optimization, with 3+ years in people management.
Proficient in change management, strategic planning, team development, and cross-functional influence.
Associate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
