Engineering Design Manager

Description

• Network to build relationships with new clients and return clients.
• Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client;
• Address project following protocol and procedure in order to reach the best solution;
• Forecast and organize project design development and production delivery;
• Work with client/owner contractor relationships, budget, code and jurisdictional requirements;
• Offer onsite assistance in constructions observation;

Requirements

• A proven track record with public speaking and networking
• The ability to work on all project sizes including large projects valued at $30MM plus
• Strong architecture and detailing skills
• Ability to successfully lead/organize a team of multiple disciplines and consultants
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with familiarity of AutoCAD and Revit
• Licensed Architect
• Excellent writing skills
• Currently has or eligible for federal security clearance
• Available for occasional travel within the US
• Expert in constructions administrative processes
• Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective in coordinating with contractors, architectural teams and consultants
• Must have a degree in engineering, architecture or a related field from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience in Science and Technology projects including data center, mission critical and semiconductor
• Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
