Description

• Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including accurate receiving, storage, and organization of raw materials and finished goods.
• Manage and execute routine daily/weekly cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Plan and conduct comprehensive end‑of‑month and end‑of‑year physical inventory counts.
• Master the existing Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related inventory tracking software.
• Proactively report and investigate inventory discrepancies, initiate corrective action, and coordinate with vendors on inbound issues.
• Manage inbound stock by performing and confirming quality control checks before materials are accepted into inventory.
• Directly manage the fulfillment process, ensuring materials are accurately picked, prepared, and ready for production or shipping.
• Act as primary liaison between Warehouse, Production, and Shipping teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with Shipping to align fulfillment with outbound schedules.
• Supervise one part‑time employee, providing training, guidance, and daily task delegation.
• Lead implementation and integration of new technologies such as barcoding systems to drive efficiency.
• Train relevant personnel on SOPs, system usage, and safety protocols.
• Handle product with care.
• Use ladders and small equipment safely.
• Create bills of lading using Excel and Word.

• Preferred experience in receiving, counting, and stocking materials.
• Preferred experience with ERP systems.
• Able to attend phone calls and email requests from internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish preferred.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Access).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and pivot based on business needs.
• Extremely detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Action‑oriented and enjoys working hard/smart.
• All‑hands‑on‑deck mentality, willing to pitch in with multiple team members.
• Works well with others in a fast‑paced environment.
