It is imperative that candidates have a good knowledge of the construction process and can integrate well in a site environment.
They are looking for an experienced Planner or Senior Planner to join their busy site team.
- Ideally Experience of Asta Power Project but would consider P6
- In-depth knowledge of key aspects of commonly used contracts within the UK.
- Previous experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
- Comprehensive understanding of all facets of development, including design, procurement, construction (spanning structure, architecture, and services), and commissioning.
- Previous experience of residential new build projects (From £50m+)
- Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to effectively articulate critical issues and actively listen to and address others' concerns.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple project programmes simultaneously.
