As the Head of APMA Team2, you will play a critical role in forming and establishing the department.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing development strategies, managing development teams, ensuring software quality, identifying and analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to drive growth.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of software development for customers and BA’s.
You will be responsible for developing and coaching the global team and the individual team members.

University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 10 years of professional experience in software development with at least 3 years in a
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams.
