Effectively maintaining a safe, clean, and resourced Service fleet vehicle
Establishing and maintaining a customer base to ensure the continued financial growth of the Service Centre
Effectively managing field Service priorities and schedules
Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information
Undertaking regular internal product-based training to ensure OEM standards of Service can be achieved

Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
A valid Australian Motor Vehicle License
Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including; hydraulic and electrical systems and diesel and petrol engines
Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment in order to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers
