Business Intelligence & Technology Solutions Analyst
Woodmont Properties
Develops, builds, markets and invests in diversified residential and commercial real estate.
Lead cloud app support, system integrations, BI dashboards, and AI automation for Woodmont.
Lead cross-functional technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
Partner with the VP to identify, evaluate, and implement new prop-tech, automation, and AI solutions.
Drive integration across platforms (Yardi, Sage Intacct, Microsoft 365, Procore, etc.) for seamless connectivity.
Identify, implement, and support cloud-based applications that solve business challenges while minimizing disruption.
Monitor adoption and user feedback, adjusting implementation strategies to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
Act as a subject matter expert for Yardi and other core business systems.
Oversee the development and maintenance of the company intranet, ensuring effective knowledge sharing.
Build and maintain dashboards, widgets, and reporting tools to track KPIs, project status, and business outcomes.
Partner with leadership to define reporting needs and deliver real-time, actionable insights.
Manage relationships with software vendors and third-party providers, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and alignment with business goals.
Provide guidance to ensure best practices, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement AI driven agents, automations, and workflow enhancements to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and support decision-making.
Build and maintain dashboards, widgets, and business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar) that provide actionable, real-time insights.
Reduce leadership reliance on repetitive or manual tasks by creating scalable, system-driven solutions that enable better decision-making.
Create user guides, training resources, and conduct user sessions to support adoption of new systems, dashboards, and tools.
Coordinate projects across multiple departments to standardize processes, optimize system usage, and improve data accuracy, while coordinating timelines to balance innovation with operational readiness.
Design and administer ticketing workflows for internal technology and application support requests.
Continuously evaluate opportunities to apply emerging technologies to improve efficiency across departments, ensuring adoption is paced and aligned with business priorities.
Recommend and implement technologies that align with Woodmont’s digital strategy and business objectives, while respecting team capacity for change.
Design, manage, and optimize integrations between company-wide systems such as Yardi, Sage Intacct, Procore, and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and reduce redundant processes.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to support change management and ensure smooth rollout of new systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Yardi Systems required.
Skilled in building inclusive relationships with colleagues across all levels.
Occasional travel required to Woodmont Properties locations and to attend industry events, including proptech and conferences, to stay current on emerging technologies and best practices.
Experience in assessing business impact and implementing effective workarounds to minimize disruption.
Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level projects and software vendors.
Must be able to occasionally move up to 15 pounds (e.g., for hardware setup or relocation).
Knowledge of Procore, Adobe, Sage Intacct, AutoCAD, or other real estate applications helpful.
Skilled at pacing and managing the introduction of new technology solutions, ensuring teams adapt successfully. Able to balance innovation with business readiness, minimize disruption, and lead stakeholders through process and system transitions with clear communication and support.
Ability to access and navigate facilities as needed.
Experience with AI and workflow automation tools and integration methods.
None initially, with potential to build and lead a small team as business intelligence and technology needs expand.
Experience with property management, operations, or real estate technology preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
