Description

We seek a senior manager to lead consolidated financial reporting processes and provide technical accounting expertise. The role ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies, prepares accurate financial statements, and conducts technical research for significant transactions. It also supports mergers and acquisitions, new accounting standards implementation, and other strategic initiatives.

• Support month‑end close, preparing journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Consolidate multiple entities, including intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate audit documentation and schedules for interim and year‑end audits.
• Conduct technical accounting research, draft memos, and monitor accounting standard changes.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and special projects for finance leadership.
• Build relationships across all organizational levels and present information effectively.
• Solve problems with limited information and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

The position may require regularly lifting or moving up to 25 lb and normal visual abilities such as close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

• Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, integrity, and strong communication skills.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; 7‑10 years of progressive reporting experience; CPA preferred.
• Proficient in US GAAP, ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365), and the Microsoft Office Suite.
