Monitor market trends and commodity price fluctuations.
Work collaboratively with Central CRH E-sourcing team to ensure S2C (Source to Pay) efficiencies and high standard of operation.
Collaborate with category managers to manage exposure to commodity risks.
Supply Chain Sustainability Data Gathering & Analysis
Define and configure procurement KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Analyse bids and support supplier selection and negotiation.
Track progress against sustainability goals and compliance requirements.
Provide regular updates on procurement performance to leadership.
Work with CRH procurement risk team updating Ireland supply chain risk data base utilising Moody’s and Dow Jones, central procurement intelligence data
Draft and distribute procurement newsletters to internal stakeholders.
Manage Ireland Procurement Sharepoint Portal, implement right document control process
Supporting Category Managers in preparing and issuing RFIs,RFPs,RFQs and tenders to suppliers.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
Prepare reports and insights to support CRH ESG initiatives.
Manage and execute e-sourcing events and tendering processes utilising SAP Ariba and Coupa CSO in line with company policies.
Manage internal and external procurement communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Develop and maintain procurement KPI dashboards and reports.
Collect and analyse sustainability-related data from suppliers and procurement activities.
Procurement Performance Reporting
Monitor and report on KPI performance, collaboratively follow up with procurement team and suppliers ensuring timely corrective actions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive sustainable procurement practices.
Support stakeholder engagement initiatives to promote procurement best practices.
Prepare risk reports and recommend mitigation strategies.

3+ years
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain or other relevant experience
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; experience with Power BI tools is a plus.
3+ years of experience in procurement or business analytics
Strong knowledge of e-sourcing tools: Experience in Ariba and Coupa is advantageous but not required.
Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams.
Communication: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Sustainability Awareness: Understands and promotes sustainable procurement practices.
