Assist in preparing material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
Provide technical support to site teams during construction to resolve design and interface issues.
Liaise with local authorities and clients for design approvals and compliance documentation.

Participate in value engineering and constructability reviews to optimize design solutions.
Conduct site inspections and verify works are executed as per approved drawings and quality procedures.
Ensure that all structural and civil works comply with relevant codes, standards, and client requirements.
Review and interpret structural and civil design drawings, specifications, and project documents.
Prepare and check detailed shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and as-built drawings for structural and civil elements.
Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and correspondence for project documentation.

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, authority standards, and local construction practices.
Proven experience in infrastructure, and bridge projects.
Coordination experience with multidisciplinary design teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, ETABS, and MS Office.
Experience with design-and-build or EPC projects.
Familiarity with Etihad Rail, ADNOC, or similar infrastructure projects is an advantage.
Understanding of value engineering and cost optimization.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project coordination, documentation, and QA/QC procedures.
