Lead definition and simulation of charging control use cases and simulation activities
Lead verification of control algorithms against functional requirements employing methods of model-in-the - loop, hardware-in-the-loop, subsystem test, and vehicle test
Interface with various stakeholders across the high voltage energy management functional domain and contribute to the definition of functional objectives and requirements
Lead the definition and design of energy management and high voltage charging control algorithms Champion identifying and executing best practices in control design
The Powertrain Controls Engineer will contribute to the development of supervisory charging and discharging (vehicle-to-load, vehicle-to-home, and vehicle-to-vehicle) algorithms and strategies for the next generation of electrified vehicles.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in control engineering and can collaborate efficiently with cross functional teams, leveraging various tools and methods to design and deliver reliable control solutions.
Alternatively, a PhD degree in similar engineering disciplines with 1- 2 years of related experience will be considered.
Master's degree in electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required from an accredited University with 5-8 years of engineering work experience.
