Tasks

-Create professional deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for internal and external audiences. -Track company performance metrics, competitor developments, and progress on strategic initiatives. -Partner with business leaders to ensure accountability and follow-through on key initiatives. -Manage select cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met. -Prepare materials for CEO, President, and COO, including leadership meeting decks, board updates, and client presentations. -Lead meeting preparation: draft agendas, document action items, and coordinate follow-ups. -Support internal communications for major company updates, acquisitions, and new team onboarding. -Maintain and optimize trackers, templates, and workflows to improve executive operations. -Draft, edit, and proofread executive communications, presentations, and briefing documents.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Special Projects Analyst to support the CEO and President of Savills North America. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, gain exposure to high-level decision-making, and manage cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to grow into broader responsibilities over time. -Professional presence, discretion, and ability to handle highly confidential information. -Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. -Highly organized, able to manage complex priorities independently. -Direct experience working alongside senior leadership. -5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, project management, or commercial real estate. -Bachelor’s degree required; business, communications, or related field preferred. -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); adaptability with new tools and systems. -Strong executor who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive. -Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail. -Skilled communicator comfortable working with senior leadership.
