Investigate and resolve system anomalies and performance issues
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers working on the LAMP stack
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals
Establish policies, standards, and procedures for technical work within the team
Oversee development and maintenance of ETL processes for diverse data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, HTML)
Drive the development of new products and capabilities to enhance market position
Provide technical governance and support for troubleshooting complex issues
Participate in the on-call rotation and ensure system reliability

5+ years of experience with AWS infrastructure and services, server-side programming (PHP preferred), relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL preferred)
Passion for solving problems and working with complex codebases
Proven ability to design and scale big data solutions
Prior experience in software maintenance and infrastructure support
Ability to manage multiple time-critical projects simultaneously
Refactor and re-architect long-running backend jobs for performance and scalability
Experience with Laravel framework
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with accounting or regulatory data domains
Solid architecture and design expertise
7+ years in professional software development
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Experience with data mining and unstructured data processing
