Manages relationships and sales projects to drive revenue growth.
Responsible for market intelligence to build strong relationships with key existing and potential customers.
Proactively create and execute growth and/or optimization opportunities for the current client portfolio to maximize EBITDA and margin.
Creates effective monthly sales forecasts. Includes backlog and compares to previous periods to assess risk/likelihood of meeting targets (volume, price, gross profit).
Interact with the clients' main decision-makers to understand and influence the choice to use Amrize Cement products.
Achieve sales targets by maintaining and strengthening existing relationships and establishing new ones.
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours.
Negotiate and deliver cement prices and volumes to budgeted levels or higher.
Executes strategic business actions and develops individual account plans in conjunction with the General Manager, Sales.

Required Work Experience: 10 years of sales or related experience, preferably in the cement & Construction materials industry.
Strong relational skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Experience in logistics, technical or operations related fields considered an asset.
Travel Requirements: 50% travel, 10% overnight.
Field of Study Preferred: Business, Engineering, or equivalent degree preferred.
Can influence without authority and possesses managerial courage.
Proactive, organize and results oriented self-starter with high level of energy and drive.
Education: Bachelor’s.
Required Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the cement or construction materials market.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
