Banko Overhead Doors is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Garage Door Installer Apprentice. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in garage door and opener installation while working under the guidance of a Lead Priority Installer.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction or related field.
- Learn and understand the fundamentals of new construction installs, and transition to custom installations and homeowner retrofit installs.
- High attention to detail is critical.
- Strong commitment to providing quality customer service.
- Apprentices will receive certification from Banko University after completing the first 90 days, at six months, and at one year.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, initiative, and a proactive approach to their work.
- Lift and handle garage door components and equipment, with the ability to lift 70 lbs independently and assist with lifting 90+ lbs.
- Ability to work well in the field and cooperate with others.
