🚀 The Job MissionAs a Senior Quality Engineer, you will drive quality excellence across client projects, ensuring adherence to rigorous quality requirements in the nuclear sector. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.
⚡️ Leading supplier and internal audits to maintain quality benchmarks.
⚡️ Supporting risk and opportunity reviews while embedding lessons learned.
⚡️ Leading quality surveillance activities at client and subcontractor sites across the UK and internationally.
⚡️ Analyzing quality data to inform project management decisions effectively.
⚡️ Managing Manufacturing Inspection & Test Plans and Life-Time Quality Records.
⚡️ Ensuring client and supply-chain compliance with quality requirements through robust oversight and auditing.
⚡️ Facilitating non-conformance resolution and conducting root cause analyses.

🛠 CSWIP 3.1 Senior Welding Inspector certification
🛠 Strong understanding of quality tools (e.g., SPC, Histograms).
✔️ CSWIP 3.2 Senior Welding Inspector certification.
🛠 Experience in regulated sectors with expertise in quality management.
✔️ Engineering HNC/Diploma or apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.
✔️ NDT qualifications (e.g., Level II/III in Radiography, Ultrasonics).
🛠 Knowledge of ISO 9001, plus ideally GS-R-3, and relevant standards.
✔️ Multilingual abilities, preferably French.
✔️ Experience in the Nuclear sector
✔️ Practitioner Grade CQI membership or equivalent
✔️ IRCA Registered Lead Auditor qualification.
