- Practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, or other cloud-hosted LLM platforms
- Familiarity with software development and systems engineering
- Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is required.

- Knowledge designing, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or Llama for enterprise or research applications.Practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, or other cloud-hosted LLM platforms
- Experience implementing, configuring, and maintaining ArcGIS Enterprise; skilled in using Esri technologies for map creation, spatial analysis, and web application configuration; proficient in building web apps and pages with ArcGIS Experience Builder; and familiar with Microsoft Power Automate for process automation.
- Exercise judgement in developing and implementing methods and techniques to obtain desired results following industry best practices
- Knowledgeable of APIs, distributed backend systems, dimensional data modeling, SQL queries and schema design
