  • Review and approve technical specifications, drawings, and installation methods for passive fire protection systems.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, issues, and resolutions.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to monitor compliance and quality of installed systems, ensuring that safety standards are maintained.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of local, regional, and international fire protection standards, codes, and legislation (e.g., NFPA, BS, UL).
  • Stay up to date with the latest fire safety technologies, materials, and regulatory changes to maintain the highest level of knowledge and expertise in the field.
  • Ensure that all passive fire protection systems are installed, tested, and maintained in accordance with the relevant codes and regulations.
  • Conduct fire risk assessments, identify potential passive fire protection requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Generate and review fire protection system drawings, specifications, and testing reports.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of passive fire protection projects from conception to completion.
  • Provide expert advice and technical presentations to clients and stakeholders on fire protection solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for passive fire protection initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards, providing recommendations and solutions to address any deficiencies.
  • Ensure all client needs are understood and effectively translated into feasible and compliant solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders regarding passive fire protection matters.
  • Perform quality control and risk management assessments throughout the lifecycle of each project.

  • Experience working in a senior technical management role within a fire protection or construction-related industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and clients.

  • Professional certifications in fire protection engineering or fire safety management (e.g., FPA, CFPS, etc.) are highly desirable.
