The role will lead the creation and delivery of a premium workplace experience for MYO members in a prestigious flexible workspace in Central London. You will set standards for member experience, collaborate with Service Partner Teams, research and deliver activations and events, and build relationships with local businesses and communities.
Key responsibilities include championing exceptional customer service, shaping the look and feel of the centre, strengthening member relationships, managing move‑ins and move‑outs, overseeing events, handling the site’s OPEX budget, maintaining WELL accreditation, and driving innovation and sustainability initiatives.
