SERVICE CARPENTER – Location: Metro Detroit. We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Commercial Service Carpenter to join our team. In this role you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair duties in commercial buildings, working both independently and collaboratively to deliver high‑quality service to our valued clients.
The position requires compliance with local, state, and national building codes, as well as excellent customer service and effective communication with clients. Employees may be asked to perform additional related duties as needed to meet the organization’s ongoing needs. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, client‑focused environment.
Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and prior experience as a carpenter, glazer, mason, or general handyman.
