Description
Conduct Training of Trainers (TOT) programs for officials.
Review overall rehabilitation plans of DRIP dams.
Expedite and ensure compliance with urgent dam safety matters as assigned by the Project Director.
Perform dam safety inspections and provide expert opinions to address safety concerns.
Participate in relevant dam safety activities as required.
Conduct CS&QA visits and prepare official transmittals for onward submission.
Contribute to the updating or development of dam safety guidelines/manuals.
Participate as a domain expert in the DHARMA updating team.
Provide necessary input for the development of MIS and the official project website.
Serve as the Nodal Expert for reviewing all dam safety aspects across project activities.
Assist in developing the annual training program calendar and act as faculty.
Design customized training modules/lectures to train IAs.
Assess construction quality, quality control systems, and quality assurance.
